Over the next 5 years it stands to be worth roughly $60,000 cash in his bank account and is totally unencumbered growing for the rest of his life. Not to mention that over the next 5 years the property's alone are projected to go up in value an additional $30,000 each.

Just by paying the same payment he was paying on his original mortgage he now has set himself up to make over $100,000 over the next five years. The really exciting part came when he started showing some of his friends, his five year plan to becoming a millionaire, and with that they all decided to form an investment group amongst themselves buying real-estate. He's laughing all the way to the bank because he's not only making money with a large growing retirement fund while accumulating appreciating property but he's also making a good living from all his investor friends' loans.
